Board of Directors
The Maplewood Marlins Swim Team Board of Directors is a volunteer group elected by the parents of the swim team. The mission of the Board is to facilitate an environment where the swimmers can learn sportsmanship, strokes, and technique from the coaches. The Board serves in a mentorship position with the coaches, overseeing their work and skills. The Board also facilitates volunteer support from the families for the various swim events. The Board represents the families of the swim team, is a representative of the families at the Southwest Houston Recreational Swim League, and serves at the pleasure of the Maplewood S/N Homeowner's Association.

Mindy has 3 daughters, ages 25, 16 & 14 and has been with the Marlins for 11 years. She also has a 3 year old granddaughter!
Lisa has 2 sons, ages 8 & 11 and has been with the team for over 20 years as a swimmer, coach and meet director.
Cameron has a son and a daughter and they have been with the Marlins for 6 years.
Amy has 2 daughters, ages 10 & 7 and they have been with the Marlins for 5 years.
Katie has 2 daughters and a son, ages 10, 8 & 1 and they have been with the Marlins for 5 years.
Heather has 2 daughters & 1 son, ages 12, 11 & 9 and they have been with the Marlins for 7 years.
Jake has 2 sons, ages 11 & 9 and they have been with the Marlins for 5 years.
