To sign up for a volunteer spot:

• Sign into your account on SwimTopia (website or app)
• Click on the Calendar and Meets Swim tab
• Select the meet you'd like to sign up for
• Click on the green "Job Sign Up" button
• Select the name of the parent signing up for the jobs
• Click the "Check to Sign Up" box next to the job you're selecting
• Note: you can hover your cursor over the "Filled" column to see who is signed up for a particular job
  
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Assignments"

To declare your swimmer as attending or not attending a meet:

• Sign into your account on SwimTopia (website or app)
• Click on the Calendar and Meets Swim tab
• Select the meet you are declaring for
• Click on the green "Meet Entry" button
• Under "Your family swim meet status", click blue "Edit" button
• Click the drop down menu next to your swimmers name
• Select "Attending" or "Not Attending"
• Verify relay availability and add notes for coaches if needed
• Scroll down and click blue "Save" button.
• If your status changes later, come back and update please!
