Good evening, Marlins Fans! In this evening's Marlins Minute, we will talk about meet declaration and volunteer sign-ups. Both processes begin in SwimTopia on the Calendars and Meets tab.

MEET DECLARATION

This is the process where you mark your swimmer(s) as attending or not attending a particular meet. Please click Meet Entry for each meet and proceed to the following screen to mark as attending or not attending as well as relay availability. Please don't forget to visit all the meets on page 2, also.

VOLUNTEER SIGN-UPS

Volunteer sign-ups are open!!  At this time, and because we only have 4 regular season meets (2 home, 2 away), we are only requiring families with 1 swimmer to sign up for 2 shifts and families with 2 or more swimmers to sign-up for 4 shifts.  If our needs change, we may reach out and request additional sign-ups.  From the meet declaration screen, click "Sign Up For Job Shifts" and select the volunteer shift  you want then click Save at the bottom of the screen.
