Good evening, Marlins Fans! Meet #2 is almost here!

• Swimmers should arrive at 3:45p and check in with their tent parent. Please see yesterday’s Marlins Minute for information regarding marking your swimmer.
• The heat/lane assignments are available NOW in the SwimTopia app.
  • The free version of the app shows basic heat information for your individual swimmer.
  • Upgrade to the PRO version for full access to heat sheets, upcoming swimmer notifications as well as real-time results.
  • We will not be emailing heat sheets but will have them posted at the pool.
• There will be a table for merchandise pick-up and (limited) sales at the meet. It will be set up near the splash pad area.
• Hosting a meet takes everyone’s help and we truly appreciate yours!
  • We will be setting up for the meet beginning at 9:00 a.m. Please join us if you are available.
  • As the meet progresses, we will begin our clean-up/breakdown process. Please see below for specific age group responsibilities:
    • 9/10: return all chairs to pool deck
    • 11/12: put away award & score keeping tables in splash pad area & meet director table on the isthmus, and the event/heat tracker from the isthmus
    • 13/14 girls: put away lane cones, numbered lane mats & put away chair lane #s
    • 13/14 boys: take down back stroke flags & get coolers from concessions to storage barn
    • Open boys: put away ready benches
    • Open girls: get parking signs and cones from a parking lot & put away

General clean-up for everyone - all parents & swimmers please make sure trash gets in trash bags at age group tents and to the trash cans.
