May is always crazy busy, so I'm here with a few quick reminders for the rest of the week:

WEDNESDAY - Texas Swim Shop will be at the pool for all practices to sell optional team suit and extras. Susan, from TSS, can usually look at your kid and size them pretty perfectly. If you want your kid to try the suit on, make sure you do it before they get in the water to practice. Susan will be here by 4:15 ready to go! Can't be at practice tomorrow, head on over to Texas Swim Shop any time!

WEDNESDAY - Stroke Judge Training at Commonwealth Clubhouse - Short Clinic for returning SJs 6-6:30pm. Long clinic for new SJs 6:30-8pm.

FRIDAY - Meet Team cutoff - if you are concerned about if your swimmer will make the lap across the pool unassisted, please email the Coaches. They will be watching the kids closely the next few days.

FRIDAY - Kickoff Party 6-8pm. 6U & 7/8's WILL have practice. We will provide a sweet treat, you bring your dinner & drinks. 

SATURDAY - Stroke Judge Training at Maplewood Pool - Short Clinic for returning SJs 8-8:30am. Long clinic for new SJs 8:30-10am. You MUST complete one of these last two trainings if you intend to be a Stroke Judge this season.

SUNDAY - Team Pictures & Parent Meeting - be here no later than 11am. We will do our best to make it quick. Any specific questions or concerns you'd like to bring up at the parent meeting feel free to email me. 

Next Marlins Minute will discuss declaring your swimmer for the meets & signing up for volunteer shifts. If you know how to do that already, all meets are loaded and available now.
