Happy Tuesday Marlins!

WOWEEEEEEEEE! What a meet last night. We pulled off a MAJOR UPSET against a multi-year undefeated New Territory team. MW 593 v NT 586. Oh how sweet it is! I hope your swimmers walked away feeling proud of their efforts and of their sportsmanship. Our final 3 meets of the regular season are AWAY. 

PRACTICE REMINDERS

Tuesday 6/4 - NO PRACTICE

Wednesday 6/5 - practice for non-HISD swimmers 9-10am (6U probably only 30 min)

Thursday & Friday 6/6 & 6/7 - regular practice schedule begin; including 13 & up evening practice

Monday 6/10 - regular morning practice + AWAY meet @ Sugar Land Sharks (more info to come on that later this weekend). DECLARE YOUR SWIMMER NOW please (makes it easier on the coaches). 

LOOKING AHEAD

Many have asked -- the rules for Meet of Champs (MOC) have changed. You must now qualify to attend MOC. The league is still working out the kinks in that process, but it sounds like the top 32 times in each event in each division attend. Stay tuned for more formal information from the league.
