    Monday, June 10 Timeline

    • 4:00p: Swimmers should arrive and check in with the tent parent at their age group tent.
    • 4:25p: Maplewood begins warm-up by age group
    • 5:00p: Meet begins. Let’s go Marlins!

    What to Bring

    • Plenty of water to stay well hydrated and healthy snacks
    • Sunscreen
    • Activities/Games to keep your swimmer occupied between events
    • Lawn chairs 

    Concessions will be provided by Imperial BBQ of Sugar Land with a variety of BBQ brisket sandwiches, turkey legs, sausage on a stick, hotdogs, chips, candy, and drinks. They accept Cash or Cards. Sneauxcone Heaven will be providing snow cones in a variety of sizes. They also accept Cash or Cards.

    Parent Volunteers

    • WE MUST FILL THE FOLLOWING SHIFTS
      • TWO 7/8 Girls Tent parents
      • THREE 9/10 Girls Tent parents
      • THREE 9/10 Boys Tent parents
    • 1st shift volunteers are Events 1-34 and 2nd shift volunteers are Events 35-70

    • If you are unable to make your shift, please find your own replacement.

    Meet Layout

    Maplewood will be set up in the area to the LEFT side of the pool as you enter from the front gates. See the attached “Pool layout”.

    Parking

    All parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis. All parking adjacent to the pool and surrounding baseball fields is OK to use. Parking between the baseball fields and St. Teresa's church is also acceptable. Overflow parking is by the Skate Park at the far end of the baseball fields and the lot at Knights of Columbus Hall. More Overflow parking is located across 7th street at Old Kempner Stadium and by Sugar Land Middle School.

    The attached Parking Map shows all parking areas designated in Yellow. Red areas are NO Parking Zones. As mentioned above, NO circle drive or curbside parking along access roads as the City will ticket and tow.
