Meet #3 on Monday is AWAY against the New Territory Tarpons - 1200 Walker School Rd, Sugar Land, TX 77479.

Monday, June 9 Timeline

• 4:00p: Swimmers should arrive and check in with the tent parent at their age group tent.
• 4:20p: Maplewood begins warm-up by age group
• 5:00p: Meet begins. Let’s go Marlins!
  • The meet will follow the regular order of events.
  • We are not scratching any events or heats, so be prepared for a longer meet. 
  • Heat sheets are available in SwimTopia now - some things may change; be flexible. 

What to Bring

• Plenty of water to stay well hydrated and healthy snacks
• Sunscreen
• Activities/Games to keep your swimmer occupied between events
• Lawn chairs
• Fans - this is a very hot pool

Parent Volunteers

• WE MUST FILL THE FOLLOWING SHIFTS
  • 11/12 Girls Tent Parent (the only tent parent for 11/12 Girls; which makes it a critical position to fill (One needed)
  • Ready Bench - 2nd Half (two needed)
  • Scribe - 2nd half (three needed)
  • Timer - 2nd half (four needed)
• If you are unable to make your shift, please find your own replacement.

Meet Layout

Visiting team is usually set up in the direct sun at this pool, but we have requested to set up outside the fence under the trees. Look for our purple tents. See the attached document for layout.
