IT’S THAT TIME!!! Registration for the 2026 summer swim season is OPEN.

• Returning Families - March 1-7
• Maplewood Neighborhood Residents (new to the team) - March 8-9
• Open to ALL until full - March 10

Here are some tips for a smooth registration process….

• Log in to our website (look in the top right corner of the page) and your information from last season will be preloaded (you must be logged in to register).
• Please complete your registration as soon as possible as there are age group limits for the team.
• We do not anticipate opening a “practice team” at this time.
• If you are waitlisted during registration, please continue to the end of the registration process and stay on the waitlist.
• The registration process will NOT include signing up for volunteer slots. We will send that information out as soon as we have it. See our Volunteer Agreement here. Amy Williamson is in charge of our volunteers and can be reached at [email protected] if you have questions in the meantime.
• Please note that you MUST be a Maplewood Pool member to be on the swim team. You will have the option of purchasing a half summer or full summer membership. The link for pool membership will be sent separately. Payment must be made by April 26th or your swim team registration will be revoked. 

COACHING STAFF

We are so happy to announce that Gabby Alas is BACK as our Head Coach and all 3 of our awesome Assistant Coaches are returning - Amber Alvarez, Cecilia Grand & Gabriel Villarreal. We will also have Andee Campbell & Nathaniel Barr on as Junior Coaches. Find their bios HERE. Depending on our registration numbers, we may have room for 1 more junior coach (age 16+). We are also looking to fill our volunteer lane helper spots now! Apply HERE.

Key dates to note -- all are subject to change before the season begins, but this is as close to nailed down as we have at this time.

• May 6 - 1st day of practice
• May 15 - Team Kick-off party
• May 17 - parent meeting & team photo
• May 20 - Texas Swim Shop at practice with team suits
• June 19 - Breakfast with coaches (ages 13 & up)
• June 24 - End of season team party
• Dual meet dates - May 26, June 1, 8, 15 & 22
• Meet of Champs June 25 or 26 - All Stars June 30
