Monday, June 8 Timeline

• 4:15p: Swimmers should arrive and check in with the tent parent at their age group tent.
• 4:25p: Maplewood begins warm-up by age group
• 5:00p: Meet begins. Let’s go Marlins!
  • Weather permitting, all events will be run normally.
  • Please DECLARE your swimmer and make any notes for the coaches.

Concessions -- Soft drinks, Gatorade, water, snacks, candy, & pizza. Payment via Zelle & cash.

Parent Volunteers

• WE MUST FILL THE FOLLOWING SHIFTS
  • ONE scribe 2nd half
  • Tent parents -- 7/8 & 9/10 girls
• If you are unable to make your shift, please find your own replacement.

Meet Layout

Last year instead of setting up where the attached picture shows, Maplewood set up outside the fence behind the 10& under Ready Benches under the trees - it is much shadier back there!! We will have our purple tents set up for swimmers. 

Parking

Parking can be limited, carpools are encouraged for both teams. Front of Club is off New Territory Boulevard (south); back of Club is off Walker Station Road (north). No reserved spaces in the lots per HOA, tent unloading may be conducted from north circle drive off Walker Station Road side on the north side. Parking lots are in front of and behind The Club and next to the baseball field. Overflow street parking is permitted on Walker Station Road south side. Parking on the split-boulevard portions of Homeward Way & New Territory Blvd may be ticketed or towed by SLPD. See attached picture.

6 & Under 8:00 - 8:30 AM

7/8 8:30 - 9:15 AM

9/10 9:15 - 10:00 AM

11/12 10:00 - 11:00 AM

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday evening practice for 13 & ups 8-9pm.

...and finally...

If you made it this far.....TEAM PICTURES are on the counter at the pool by the concession stand. Guards might move them in if the rain gets crazy, so if you go to pick them up and they aren't there, check inside the office.
